I’m a graphic designer, art director, and digital nomad currently based in Southern California, with 10+ years of experience in branding, consumer products & packaging, editorial & print, marketing, illustration, environmental, and UI design.
After a decade of agency life, I decided to explore and challenge myself as a creative by shifting my career towards freelance. I love branching out into different industries and collaborating with other creatives & clients around the world that I can learn from. I also believe that good design can be a vehicle for driving change and I’d love to put my efforts towards more meaningful projects that have a positive impact on the world.
I’ve worked with a diverse variety of clients, from small local businesses and entrepreneurs to large brands like Netflix, NBC, and Google. My work over the years has won awards and been featured in publications, such as the AAF Awards, IDA International Design Awards, AIGA Awards, W3 Awards, OCDAs, Graphis, GDUSA, and HOW Design, and they are all prominently featured in my parents’ living room in an embarrassing display.
In addition to freelancing, I’ve just launched my own small business designing high-end custom wedding stationery which I hope to grow into a bigger brand some day. You can view some of my work here.
Besides design, my other interests & hobbies include traveling, photography, books & movies, fashion, interior design & architecture, the constant struggle of keeping my 18 houseplants alive, baking and eating things, watching shamefully trashy reality TV shows, and listening to true crime podcasts. I am also a part-time publicist for my dog, @burntkatsucorgi.
